Ordering shirts for a team or event
Matching shirts for a team, a reunion or a crew? A little planning keeps sizes right and the timeline stress free.
Group orders are some of the best shirts to make. Everyone shows up matching and the photos look great. Here's how to make it easy.
Collect sizes early
Send a quick poll or a shared sheet to the group before you order. Guessing sizes is the number one way group orders go wrong. Add a couple of extras in the most common sizes for late sign ups.
Pick one design that works for everyone
Keep the art bold and simple so it reads from a distance. A front logo with names or numbers on the back is a classic for teams.
Give yourself time
Put your date in the Need it by field when you send your request. PG will confirm the timeline with your quote, so you'll know right away if it works.
Send one request
Set every size and quantity in the studio and send it as one request. PG reviews it, sends a single quote, and prints the whole run together so every shirt matches.
